@ryobal , your reference to "onboarding those potential "major US financial & automotive clients"....." is that the new Loyyal customers you are referring to? Why would that be revenue to RFN (other than perhaps consulting services revenue). If Delta Airlines signed a deal with Loyyal, even though Delta has operations here in Australia, RFN would not get and SaaS revenue. And likewise in reverse. If RFN sign Qantas the only Saas revenue back to Loyyal would be the reseller royalty - no direct revenue to Loyyal due to Qantas ops in USA or other global ops.

That's what I meant by the RFN investment into Loyyal values Loyyal at $19.5M or roughly RFN MC and Loyyal has potential to grow quickly, as does RFN but they will need to invest in head count to make it happen. No free lunch.
