    No buyers or sellers.. rfn is a shell essentially with a minority stake in Loyyal and to be honest no idea of Loyyal investment value...I’d say it’s not worth anywhere near $3m currently unless they get some significant material deals across the line and can scale.. not sure of PE ratio..

    $600k cash in bank will need to raise soon to keep it going...?

    Pretty clean shell though...

    0.005 is $3.3m market cap which is about right..
