Air NZ is consistently regarded as one of the worlds leading airlines from the perspective of innovation and customer serivce. The competitive advantage of a service industry is the people that work in the company, and I can see this helping to further consolidate their reputation. Considering Qantas and Air NZ are now both RFN clients how long until the others catch up? Great news, although not expect the market to flinch, nor do I care.
