I kind of think it's not the content delivery system ie. videos sent to phones etc that is the problem. I think what will be the problem is the ability to easily create the video content for distribution. Yes if you sit in front of your webcam you can create a video, but to create professional videos for training and distribution I think will be an issue. From what I know the content will have to be created in a 3rd party editor/ video software. To create inbuilt content creation tool would cost them millions. I think they are straying too far from their core business ideology.
