Just a theory but perhaps the company has changed their policy around disclosing new clients due to the huge share price swings that follow them - company management probably does not seek to have such volatility in the week to week SP - makes the company look less stable to outsiders and potential institutional investors.
That being the case they may have switched to a disclose with the 4C or end is quarter report to be more stable and predictable with the news flow
