If June sales and margin are as good or better than May, then add this finance deal and there is a real window for TER to bank a lot of cash, pay down the debt or perhaps squeezing in a little divvy. Either way this is a very important step to remove uncertainty and takes insolvency of the table. 3 or 4 months of steady profits and the MC will increase accordingly. All major SH and bond holders staying the course. So will I.
