OK Lollies, I don't usually respond to trolls but I figured that others might be interested in what it does actually cost. By my quick scribbles, the Equigold deferral will cost about 750k over 3 years in extra interest; the NAZ will cost about 1.5M in total for the 18 month 10.5M deferral, and the two deferred IDC payments will cost about 60k.
