Sorry Frank but you're reading too much into that sentence - the lender would only get the amount owed as the maximum amount - Our share of Renison Tin is not going to be sold(unless things go completely pear-shaped) and those two Bluestone subsidiaries hold our 50% interest in Renison. Even if the copper assets are sold for $1(which is still possible due to the substantial Nifty rehabilitation liability) then they would then do a capital raising to repay the loan and still own 50% of Renison Tin.
