    re: Ann: Refinancing of Debts, Sale of DaKine... Deals like this show you the shareholders control nothing the board control everything.
    Even if I owned 100% of this company once the board signed this deal I would have to hand over 20% of 300 and pay interest on this debt in the meantime or take accept the proposal signed by the board. What a joke.
