I said in a post a few days back that I didn't think they would be allowed to refinance without the lease dispute sorted, wrong on that one! Do you think Mega would have recieved a confidential breifing on the state of the arbitration (settlement negoiations) , seems likely right? Is this another 'read between the lines' announcement pointing to a legal outcome that is reasonable (relative to loss of lease etc).
