Below is the snapshot of what happened to CRN share price last year after cap raise. Closed at 82.5c before trading halt and then opened at 69c so ~20% discount. Applying the same discount share price will open on Monday at ~50c.
Last time the raise was done at ~30% discount to last close (60c). If they can get the placement done at 50c I expect the discount would be less. Using the same 30% discount, we'd be raise at 42c (ouch!)
