    Debts can easily be revised on lower rates during the good business cycle.

    Management can buy back all of these notes at market value any time when they have surplus cash.

    The main thing is Boart will survive to see the next resources boom in 2015. I am sure management have now learnt a good lesson on debts management...

    Shorters better start covering today I reckon...
