The pre- trading halt price would have included a significant (and very real, at the time) discount for the risk of total equity wipe out.
Removing this distress, (assuming refi goes through) should logically (IMO) result in a price increase multiples of the last traded $0.28 price.
It was like a mispriced option in the $0.20 range. Scathing I didn't buy a small position (although there could still be a curve ball with the refi!)
