    as I thought - RPL(Capri) now disputing the final payout amount

    Would have thought legal documents should be clear - but let's see how the Supreme Court will rule

    Company still confident re finance facility to repay the note


    mmmmmm wonder how KDR/RPL/Capri will deal with the 36 mill shares sold in KBL...........................
