    Thanks nkat2007 for that and you are right, it appears to be a non-issue (no pun intended).

    And yet the company wasn't able to organise the EGM in the timeframe they had committed to.

    Which is, of course, why we the refresh prospectus was released.

    Given this @angk43 and @seryha's comment seems appropo.
