Alternative is another Kirkalocka scenario old mine plants are inherently past their use by date for a reason ,

I don't know what the answer would be but plenty of dirt with low grade is viable as long as its low strip and the though put is up .
i don't know much of the other companies you mentioned and there resources but yes a large central processing hub could work well for all.
