Why was it listed on the ASX in the first place? Why couldn't they raise as much as they wanted in the IPO? Why did the stop paying dividends after a couple? Why did they perform a capital raising well above the share price last year when they didn't need the cash? Why have signed 3 contracts for office buildings and pulled out of them? I have my suspicions but defamation, slander and the like means I'll keep it to myself other than what I have inferred in previous posts about this company.
