Yes, it is what I've been saying. The major shareholder has been using it as her piggy bank - all the risk to TTC shareholders but none of the benefits.
I'm still confused why they bother listing on international markets. Pretty sure they only raised around $4-5million (from memory) on the IPO.
Looks like she wouldn't be able to do a buy bank even if she wanted to and dividends are a thing of the dark distant past.
I'll recoup my Chinese money on SEH and PHK.
