It is a capital venture with an investor that through a complicated arrangement of dates and VWAP selection allowed the capital investor to basically have gained shares in exchange for capital at a slight discount to prevailing future share price trading. I don't see any debt obligations by RGS, or any debt changes to the balance sheet. By all means enlighten me....perhaps I missed something.
