Worst case scenario this works out to be a $0.065/share raise, however more likely if the shareprice does what it has been doing then its a $0.134/share raise. If we manage to secure a major deal then it will be a much higher raise price and hopefully less dilutive then raising all at $0.12. Time will tell...
