The MOU verifies a deal is alive and that RGS is negotiating with a tier 1 company. Taking it into next financial year allows Kyocera to incorporate the cost into next year's budget.
Still has to be executed but it's the case with any deal.
RGS's business update states the company is focused on global pain management, the unknown is how far down the track RGS is with interest/discussions.
RGS will need to kick a few more goals before market sentiment changes especially with falling markets.
