Geez mate, the ink hasn't dried on the report and you want an obvious dramatic response !! Quite simply, I doubt that Morgans or other institutions go to the trouble of investing in the expense and allocation of resources to generate analysts coverage unless they were convinced that their clients will do well by the advice .... I know the cynics will say BS etc. Perhaps some of these are brokerages are expecting some return from a future capital raising or the like ? .... that would certainly imply that the final BFS justified a new 4m ton per annum plant .. great news !
I always assume that reports made available to the retail market, have first of all been accessed by high net worth individuals and institutions, so some of these dudes are already on board. Petra clients who got lucky at 12c per share illustrate the principle very well.
Other institutions move more slowly as they are weighing up various opportunities. They will move (some before, some after) RED gets the ASX300 seal of approval. Stocks always have and always will follow the commodity .... let' s hope the POG continues to gently oscillate to higher levels ( big movements cause panic and unpredictable outcomes) , while RED builds it case for entry into the big league.
