there are a few things holders need to put into perspective:
1. what you expect a sub $3m MC company with $1m cash in the bank to perform? as of Dec 19 (1HFY20, they were profitable, and cash flow positive as per se) .... just to put into perspective, when they did IPO a few years ago (maybe 3, or 4 years ago??), their expected revenue was $12m a year and valued at over $5m dollars ... now they doubled the top line, MC halved!!!
2. I personally waited until the end of Mar, start to buy at low, the reason is, given its cash balance at the end of Dec, if everything came to a stop, they would have put out an announcement like everyone else, and probably would have stopped Buy Back program, and raise some cash from Capital H imo, instead, they were silenced, and did twice buyback, even a small amount, it still suggested their operation are fine as usual (+ or - 10 - 15% tops). they only have some 10 office staff including executives, rest are variable costs, without events, they probably get some refund for insurance, etc as well, in addition, they will benefit from ATO PAYG rebate of $100,000 as announced.
3. now they start to put some positive spin to the market, which suggests to me when they investigated the share register, they probably noticed there won't have any much more to sell, so the least resistance is really in the sky, that is why a small $150k contract lifted share price by 40% without a fight the other day, and next day, all the 1.3c buy were real and solid, so share price is ready for another push this week imo to lead to the quarterly report.
4. theoretically, you want your stock to be at low 360 days of a year, so that you have plenty time to pick up chips, as long as it eventually jumps to prove you right, I think that is what Capital H is doing, their pick of SDV and TNT did same trend in 2019.
