I am invested ... and big. Buyers see the opportunity now.
REG is the cheapest. At $1.85 today, price implies $277k per Operational place. Still cheap when it costs over $350k for brownfield expansion and even higher for green field.
REG was trading so cheap relative to EHE because IMO management weren't focusing enough on shareholder returns. Was clear in their public pronouncements hence my comments.
Estia's buyback showed they were more disciplined.
