Your AYS holding will disappear a couple of days after you accept the offer.
A few days later the relevant number of WAM shares will appear.
If you buy more AYS, they will be attached to your HIN and you can accept the offer for those.
Some slippage in WAM and rise in AYS, the arbitrage opportunity is disappearing.
The real test will be when all those new WAM shares are issued in about a week.
The dividend and low interest rates will help to support it.
