got a call from WAM, and yes, the fact that the letter did not include those who wished to add to their holdings, but were existing holders was a mere technicality. The letter and the cut off dates were just to adhere to setting a certain date for eligibility (technical and legislativel stuff)..
The bottom line is that, existing holders, existing holders who intended to add to their AYS holdings prior to taking up the WAM offer, and anyone who is not yet an AYS holder, but intends to be, will be eligible to the WAM take up offer.
