    Nothing to report? Investment team are receiving Management fees but irresponsible or incompetent to report?

    Reject the scheme. They have to redo a better scheme. Sack the directors and appoint a new.

    Show them that shareholders will not tolerate such greed. Put them to shame. No one will ever be involved with these clowns.
