Let me get this right !!! ALF has been so poorly run and it’s returns have been so abysmal that due to SH action, the fund is up for dissolution/winding up.
Every SH will be given a 3 cent dividend.
If the motion is passed, you will get one Watermark share for each ALF share.
AND not only that..... they actually advertise that the NEW fund will be run using the same failed strategies that led to the ALF winding up. The actually promote that as a plus !
And here’s the best part, if you want to take your money and run as soon as the units are “absorbed” into the new Watermark fund, Justin will actually let you take your own money out if you give him 2 of the three cents that you were given in ALF !!!!

Its a wonder that the emblem for ALF isnt a Skull and Crossbones !!!!

I know many will see this as legalised highway robbery, but I am just thoroughly sick and tired of the ineptitude over a number of years. I will be voting for the windup simply because I want my money to actually do something other than to tread water. Happy to discuss !
