@Tinwins. Only one small correction, I think if you leave it with Justin for the first 12 months, there is no exit (2 cent fee) cha4ged. Apart from that, everything else is filled with land mines. The significant thing is the 3 cent fully franked divvy, handy for a SMSF, but is it worth the hassle ? My wife also holds approx 40k units, and we are buying a New vehicle in Apr. so that getting the proceeds quickly and when you want them is also a consideration. Her losses will be tax deductible (not for SMSF) but in both cases the FFR Divvy, will come in handy, but of course that amount comes off the net proceeds. There are a lot of buyers on market that a4e looking to make a quick 5% gain in a month. !!!!
