The below balance sheet shows what the NTA based on 30/11/20 after the scheme.
This is $1.031 / share.
We should get pretty close to the following-
$1.031
+ $0.03 div- which is included in bal sheet
+$0.008 franking from div
-$0.01 expenses from 1/12/20 to closing scheme
-$0.004 NTA has dropped since 30/11/20
-$0.02 withdrawal fee from Watermark
-$0.003 buy/sell spread
Total $1.032
Feel free to comment if you see any different numbers.
Ill be holding out for this $1.03 vs selling on market.
Someone certainly making a lot of money from this and its not us.
