@Tinwins... that’s correct. SMSF in purely pension mode. 57k shares in my SMSF and 41 K shares in my wife’s name. So if sold on market, wife would suffer a capital loss able to be offset against a capital gain. Whereas in my SMSF, the loss would be absolute and it would miss out on the cash refund component by the ATO of the Franking credit. Added to that, the mob from Olivia123 didn’t ring me back as promised ref the verification of ID sh*t required by Justin.
