    If shareholders approve the Scheme, Australian Leaders Fund limited (ALF) will cease as a public company and will no longer have access to the DTA. The Board write off ($16,784,683) the value of the DTA due to tax losses in October.

    If the shareholders reject the Scheme, the tax losses are still available to be utilised and the NTA will increase by 8c.
