Blatchy, I just received the booklet, everyone eligible for 0.0055 before record date which will be sometime in Feb. I have never seen any take-over bid treat different shareholders differently.
so based on today's AYC share price of 3.1c so far:
0.031/5*2+0.0055= 1.8c.
and AYC politically chooses to start production in March:
“The mining works are scheduled to commence next week, with ore production from the 1400 Stockworks expected in March 2016.”
