It has been in the high $2's previously and nearly went up to $3 - the thought was that it would go well ver $4-5 once everything was in place...then many negative articles down ramping Li hit and it dropped - It was also a share for shorters - then the WES offer hit - newcomers may still be making $ but LTHs deserve better and know it is worth far more...
