    The Scheme Consideration to be received by Scheme Shareholders is fair We have assessed the value of Kidman to lie in the range of $662.6 million to $815.7 million, inclusive of a premium for control, which equates to an assessed value per Kidman share of between $1.62 and $2.00 per share.
