well for what its worth, i will be voting yes, with 4M shares as i don't favor our chances of holding value in the short term post WES failed TO bid, I also believe the yes commitment compels other parties to bid now or loose to WES. Better that than wait post and receive a new bid less than $1.90..... so folks it requires some attention and strategy, possibly why the BOD has made this recommendation to shareholders........ choose your path wisely GLTARH my money on SQM/Tianqi last minute ( only if they think WES is done deal will they come forward ) all IMHO
