Yeah I wonder if we will ever find out what has been going on.

Some scenarios might be,
a) someone independent of KDR and WES buying at 1.89 and 1.895 to make a guaranteed small profit
b) someone associated with KDR or WES buying up to shore up the yes vote
c) someone that is buying up for a third party to make another bid.

On the other side of the trade, who is selling? There have been many trades valued in hundreds of thousands and millions. Maybe it’s just some individuals with large holdings? The guy that took the company to the warden’s court got 7m shares didn’t he? Maybe he is selling?

i would think that if another bid was to emerge, it would have to be disclosed very soon - this week or next - because shareholders have been sent meeting notices and are able to lodge their votes for or against the scheme.
