I hope you dont mean me when youre referring to a WES promoter? I was a holder of KDR from mid 2016 until mid 2019 - shortly after the WES offer was revealed. Not a fan of the deal at all as i think KDR is worth more. Personally i think the whole KDR story from the pre-MZN debacle to whats happening now stinks and the source of the smell has been there long before WES became intetested.
Cdog, WES is willing to pay almost 800 million for half of KDR which some, including myself think falls a bit short of fair value..but remind me again how much SQM was given the other half for.
