I don’t thing it’s going to make that much of a difference in voting Yes or No but Holding KDR is what matters.
Do nothing is a choice.

1 Vote Yes & WES if successful will no doubt be outbid by a bigger company.... SQM, TIANQI, RIO etc.

2 Vote No & if WES fails... share price drops to pre WES offer...short term,
then good chance another roller coaster ride.... Will happen for another bid to emerge for a better offer.

3 Do nothing & enjoy the ride.

Good play from BOD for a win win outcome.

My opinion only, interesting to see what happens.
