Cdog, WES is willing to pay almost 800 million for half of KDR which some, including myself think falls a bit short of fair value..but remind me again how much SQM was given the other half for.

to me WES is paying close to 800M for 100% of KDR given they are getting everything SQM have given KDR for the first half. If as shareholders we are getting 1.90 for half of KDR, what do we get for the half sold to SQM?
That is just one reason why this deal is poor.
