Sorry but I beg to differ. Yes, at first grab, it appeared that KDR had sold half the farm for 5/8 of very little to SQM. On deeper analysis it was a far more complex deal and was brilliantly summarised in a BlueOcean Equities report at a later date.
I’m not going to ramble on as it’s Sunday but it has been very noticeable since the WES bid was announced for KDR a whole lot of “New faces” appeared on the scene and most were happy to take the money on offer...
FWIW I still hold and to my eye things are “warming up”...
