    I wonder where Shenge are in all this, since they own 19.9% of Peak. Looking at the role of MRL, who "will own and operate any Tanzanian refining and downstream operations" might indicate from the wording, that there could be non-Tanzanian refining and downstream operations.

    It looks likely that any refining at Wilton Park in the UK is dead in the water and I can't imagine that Shenge would have paid over the going rate for the shares they purchased from Appian, without the prospect of benefitting from it in some substantial way, even if it is in the long term. I find the comparisons with ARU particularly galling as I invested in ARU and PEK at much the same, and my ARU shares are up by 240% and my PEK shares have halved in value.
