the ongoing month by month reduction in JG's shareholding is still occurring. Every month. November it was 9,483k, December it's 9,369k, for example.

The lack of transparency and failure to update the market on changes to directors holdings is a concern, and this may also be a breech of ASX listing rules.
This comes just as ASX announces just recently a warning to listed companies on poor disclosure.
