Perhaps it is because the AEP deal is still conditional and expected to close in January based on the announcements made by Armour and AEP. AEP need to raise money for Mexico ventures and in Australia so getting hold of the cash to back a shale play in this market will be the test for AEP. Let's hope they have deep pockets from private equity players who are in for the long haul.
