You are correct in what you considered to be my suggestion.
I agree with you assessment of the the term of the agreement once all CP's are met and production is happening. It's 3 years and 3 months.
The concern I am flagging is how long will it take BNL to meet the known (gas available at inlet at a certain composition) and unknown CP's and how long do you think IACX like to have high cost assets sat around doing nothing once they are booked in to be securing a revenue?
As we don't know what the CP's are I suppose the worst case scenario is that the collateral BNL have offered up is drawn upon to compensate IACX for losses incurred as a result of project delays.
