Vaguely recall an excuse put out by BNL a long long time ago ... that the ground was too soft to drill and they were waiting for a freeze to improve access to the site in question ... 'Goldilocks' stock springs to mind.
BNL is proving to be a tough stock to love, I'm lucky to be free-riding this one now but props to all who resist the temptation to sell.
