Is it just me or have other people observed the mistake in the following from the news. The 28 million seems OK but should it read "1 in 100" or "28,000 babies"
and 28 million births per year, 1 in 1000 or 280,000 babies are being born annually in India with a Congenital Heart Defect (CHD).
