clarity and certainty on the standards and expectations that the Elan Project must be designed to meet." - this is "GOVERNMENTS" we're talking about. handles crack VERY VERY slowly.....policy isnt even developed!!! How do u expect to counter a decision when there isnt a policy to stand on?!!
IMHO - this will drag with every MUG wanting their opinion. from greenies to natives, to fish & frogs in ponds, even the bears will get in on the action!

add just the two above means this aint going anywhere fast - im a HFR holder, we waited 6 years just to get a simple mine permit approved....lived this pain.....saw a healthy $250M kitty get destroyed to almost naught!

my fear is that this 100% gain from low is a simple P&D. Main holder(s) need to bail and save some face. 6m volume a day until, well, its all gone. then watch this tank due to bureaucratic incompetence!
