From my reading I take this from it and please if I am wrong clarify it for me.
Biden signed executive order on the 27th Jan to in effect pause permit approvals and now those not approved by the 15th of Jan must reapply under the new rules which came in effect on the 15th.

To me it would seem that the new rules have been back dated to the 15th apon the exec order on the 27th which with time zone differences is close to our 28th
This being the case BNL have I formed the market on the 29th just 48hrs after the change came into effect, and I would dare say that during this 48hrs they would have been trying to clarify with government departments exactly where their permits were up to?

48hrs is well within the mandatory reporting period to update shareholders.

I entend on topping up on any further SP weakness due to inpatient shareholders.

Once again please clarify any thing wrong in my assumptions as I only want us all to have the best of knowledge available to us for our Shareholding strategy.
