previously advised permit approval should take 4 months, with 4 months ending in the 4th quarter last year, why was approval not made under the old rules??
if advised on 15 January 2021 that new applications will have to be submitted and advised previously applications take 4 months to approve, does this mean that approval is now at the end of the second quarter this year (ie may/june)?
does not contain confirmation that new applications have bern lodged at today's date , so when does 4 months commence?
Given the fact that the Enterprise application was probably submitted 5 months prior to 15 January, what follow up occurred and when were management first advised of requirement to resubmit, was it prior to 15 January?
